Returns & Refunds
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase from Techedge Ltd. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.
Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 2 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it is recommend that you refuse the delivery and sign the courier's delivery note accordingly. If damage is only realised after taking delivery we will collect the goods from you after agreeing a suitable collection date/time. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.
Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 30 days in which to inform us of the fault. We will then arrange to have the faulty item returned and a replacement issued or refund in full if preferred. We thoroughly inspect returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our engineers we will contact you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
Items Faulty in Warranty Period
If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 30 days since receipt, you are entitled to a return to base warranty repair. In most cases, manufacturers will provide replacement/repair services and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience which we recommend you use in order to correct the fault quickly. If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 30 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us and we are not responsible for any return shipping costs.
