Returns

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please retain and use the original packaging in case of return. Please note that certain situations may only qualify for partial refunds.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5-7 working days after refund for this to be reflected in your account.

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@techedgeuk.co.uk. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

If your purchase develops a fault within the warranty period, you are entitled to a return-to-base warranty repair. To discuss a warranty repair, please contact us at support@techedgeuk.co.uk to obtain an RMA number.

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your delivery on the courier's website.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@techedgeuk.co.uk. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

The majority of orders are dispatched for free via DPD Local, with next working day delivery if the order is placed before 2pm. DPD Local will provide pre-delivery notifications and a 1-hour delivery slot on the day of delivery. Larger items may be sent via Parcelforce 24/48 and may take 2-3 days to arrive. Please note that certain postcodes may incur an extra delivery charge and longer delivery times.

Unfortunately due to the trade barriers raised by Brexit, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
