As an on-line only retailer, we are still operating at this time and will continue to ship orders as normal.

Like everyone, we’ve been busy gathering as much information as possible during the current outbreak of Covid-19 and how best to protect our customers, colleagues and loved ones.

All of our couriers have now switched to non-contact deliveries. After knocking, they will step away to a safe distance and leave the parcel on your doorstep awaiting answer - there will be no need to sign the hand scanner. You can also of course ask them to leave the parcel in a safe place, or arrange to collect it from your local service point or depot if that is more convenient for you.

There will undoubtedly be an impact on our operation and delays may creep in meaning that we miss your promised dispatch time, so please bear with us.
